An independent studio - Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

Light, held in lead and glass

Victorian and antique-inspired stained glass, handcrafted by me in my Fort Worth studio.

I choose glass for its color, texture, and the way it carries light. Each panel brings those qualities together in a composition inspired by Victorian and antique windows.

Selected work

Glass, color, and light in jewel-tones

Victorian Tulip — pale blue English muffle and clear textured water glass

Amber Starflower — textured dark amber and rust with Prussian blue accents

Antique Tulip — clear and seafoam textured glass with deep crimson accents

Jewel-tone Victorian transom window — intricate glasswork with a dark green border and highly textured glass

Victorian Garden Panel — flowing floral details in plum, green, blue, and amber glass

Victorian Snowdrop — highly textured jewel tones combined with translucent glass

The maker

A one-woman stained glass studio

I am the owner and maker behind Shadow Glass Designs in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I work alone in my studio, handling every stage myself, from developing the design and selecting the glass, to cutting, assembling, soldering, and finishing each panel by hand.

My work is inspired by Victorian and turn-of-the-century windows, with their graceful lines, considered proportions, and rich combinations of color and texture. I bring that same attention to the glass and the details of every piece I handcraft.
